Alpha Version

Alpha Testing Agreement: By using BingMMO alpha, you acknowledge that this is a test version. The service may be unstable, features may change or be removed, and all data may be deleted without notice.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BingMMO alpha, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Alpha Version Disclaimer

This is an alpha release, which means:

The service is provided "as is" without any warranties
Features are incomplete and may contain bugs
Service availability is not guaranteed
All user data may be deleted at any time
Game mechanics and rules may change without notice

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining account security
One account per person
You can authenticate using email/password or OAuth (Google/Discord)
Accounts and all associated data may be deleted during alpha testing

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
Harass or abuse other players
Create inappropriate content in realms or sessions
Use automated tools or bots

5. Game Content

You retain rights to content you create (realms, actions)
You grant us license to use your content for the service
We may remove content that violates these terms
All content may be deleted during alpha phase

6. Privacy

Your use of BingMMO is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it for information about how we collect and use your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

As an alpha service, BingMMO is provided without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or game progress.

8. Feedback

We welcome feedback about the alpha version. Any suggestions or bug reports you provide may be used to improve the service without compensation.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated frequently during the alpha phase. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the service at any time, for any reason, including the end of the alpha testing period.
