Running BingMMO for Your Community
BingMMO helps streamers and community leaders run interactive games where viewers compete by marking actions they see during streams, speedruns, or live events.
What is BingMMO?
BingMMO adapts the classic bingo format for online communities. Instead of numbers, players mark actions or events they witness—perfect for:
- Speedrun marathons: “Wrong warp”, “Reset”, “PB pace”
- Variety streams: “Technical difficulties”, “Chat timeout”, “Donation hype”
- Esports viewing parties: “Clutch play”, “Comeback”, “Pause”
- Community events: Custom actions specific to your content
Why Streamers Choose BingMMO
Zero Maintenance
Once your realm is set up, it runs itself. No constant monitoring or manual updates needed.

Quick Start (5 Minutes)
1. Create Your Account
Visit bingmmo.com and sign up. It’s free during our alpha.
2. Create a Realm
Your realm is your game space. Give it a name that matches your channel/community.
3. Add Actions (Most Important Step!)
Actions are what players mark on their cards. You need at least 24 unique actions, but we recommend 50+ for variety.
Action Examples for a Mario Speedrunner:
- Common (70-80%): “Coin collected”, “Pipe entered”, “Enemy defeated”
- Uncommon (15-20%): “Death”, “Wrong warp”, “Trick failed”
- Rare (5-10%): “World record pace”, “New skip discovered”, “Controller disconnect”
The more actions you add, the more unique each player’s card becomes.
4. Start a Session
Click “Create Session” to get a direct join link. Share this link with your viewers - they’ll go straight to your game without browsing or searching.
5. Call Actions
As events happen on stream, you (or your mods) click the matching actions. The system handles everything else.

Understanding Action Pools
Your action pool determines game variety. Here’s what to expect:
- 24 actions (minimum): Every player gets identical actions, just in different positions
- 50-74 actions: Some variety between boards, good for small groups
- 75-99 actions: Noticeable differences, each game feels fresh
- 100+ actions: Optimal variety, every board is unique
Tips for Great Action Pools
- Be Specific: “Mario collects mushroom” > “Power-up”
- Mix Frequencies: Balance common and rare events
- Consider Your Content: Actions should match your stream’s pace
- Avoid Ambiguity: “First death” > “Dies” (when does it reset?)
Moderator Coordination
Multiple moderators can run the game together:
- All moderators see the same action caller interface
- Duplicate calls are prevented automatically
- Actions appear for all mods once called
- No need to coordinate who calls what
Stream Integration
OBS Browser Source
Add your session’s stream URL as a browser source:
- Get the stream URL from your session page
- Add browser source in OBS (500x1080px recommended)
- Position it on your layout
The overlay updates automatically with:
- Live leaderboard (top 15 by default, customizable)
- Recent actions called
- Player count
- Winner announcements
Troubleshooting Common Issues
“Not enough actions to create game”
You need at least 24 active actions. Check your realm’s action pool.
“Players can’t join”
- Make sure session status is “active” (not paused)
- Check the join code is correct
- Verify realm allows enough concurrent players
“Actions not appearing for players”
- Confirm you’re calling the right actions
- Check if players have those actions on their boards
- Remember: not every action appears on every board
Best Practices
- Test First: Run a practice session before going live
- Prepare Actions: Have your action list ready before streaming
- Communicate Clearly: Let viewers know when actions are called
- Keep It Fun: This is entertainment, not a competition
- Gather Feedback: Ask your community what actions they’d like to see
